The School of Engineering and Applied Sciences’ engineering management program was ranked No. 9 in U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 Best Online Master’s in Engineering Programs rankings.
The online program—ranked No.19 last year and No. 29 in 2023—has continued to rise significantly in the annual rankings, which showcases the exceptional value of the program’s educational offerings.
U.S. News considers five categories to rank the master’s in engineering programs: engagement, faculty credentials and training, peer assessment, services and technologies, and student excellence.
The engineering management program is designed for engineers who want to take leadership roles in their organizations and industries. The program is designed to be flexible, allowing students to complete full or part-time course loads, as well as tailor electives and projects to align with their interests. Graduates accelerate their careers and gain qualifications for a diverse range of jobs, from engineering project manager and costs systems analyst to chief technology officer.
