The Dean’s Award for Achievement is the highest honor presented by the school. It is awarded annually to someone who has made a substantial contribution to the practice of engineering or applied sciences and/or has had an exceptional professional career.
Officials gathered on Tuesday, Sept. 17, to break ground on Agrusa Hall, a new student-focused engineering building on North Campus that will help to accommodate the rapid growth of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. The building honors Russell L. Agrusa, an electrical engineering alum and retired software executive, who made a historic $40 million donation to the project last year.
