Faculty Launch Mentoring Program

The Faculty Launch Mentoring Program supports pre-tenure faculty members as they begin their journey as research faculty at the University at Buffalo.

Program Benefits

Participants of the Faculty Launch Mentoring Program commit to a 12-month process of professional development, peer mentoring, and focus on scholarly writing. In return, they will receive:

A community of support for their work, including from both peer and senior members.

  • A stipend for participation.
  • Access to additional personalized support for research.

Expectations

Faculty participants are required to participate in the following to be eligible for program benefits:

  • Attend weekly writing and research sessions.
  • Participate in retreats.
