Here are the steps you need to take to make sure you are eligible for degree conferral.
It is recommended that you apply for graduation one semester before your expected graduation date. For example, if you plan to graduate in a spring term, please submit your application in the preceding fall term. Failure to apply for degree in a timely manner can delay degree conferral. If you are receiving a double degree (i.e. a BS and a BA) you should complete the Double Degree Checklist and apply for graduation in both majors.

All requirements on your AAR must be satisfied prior to degree conferral. Students cannot receive a degree if one or more requirements is not satisfied. This includes second major, minor, and certificate requirements. Your AAR must look like this in order for you to receive a degree:

Students who have applied for graduation can request a Senior Year Degree Audit review from an advisor in 410 Bonner Hall. If you are unsure of your degree requirements, or would like to confirm you are on track for graduation, you may submit a Degree Audit request.
