Reuters interviewed Siwei Lyu, SUNY Empire Innovation Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, for a fact check report on a digitally altered video that shows U.S. President Joe Biden stating that UFOs and extraterrestrials were spotted in North American airspace.

An analysis by Lyu suggested a high likelihood of the video being forged, specifically through “lip synching.”
