Fact check: Fake Zelenskyy video raises fears of AI disinfo

Deutsche Welle (DW)  quoted Siwei Lyu in a fact-checking article that questioned if a video of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy belly dancing is real. Lyu addressed why Zelenskyy has been the target of mis- and disinformation campaigns to tarnish his and Ukraine's image and standing in the world.
