The Hong Kong business newspaper ejinsight cited Ken Regan, professor of computer science and engineering, in an article about the Niemann/Carlsen chess cheating scandal.
The article said “it is equally important to note that the respected anti-cheating expert Ken Regan, a computer scientist at the University at Buffalo, has conducted his own statistical analysis and concluded that Niemann’s gameplay shows nothing glaringly suspicious.”
UB is actively monitoring developments related to COVID-19. Please check with event organizers for the most up-to-date information about scheduled events.
