UB venture fund makes first investment

The Buffalo News reported that the Buffalo Innovation Seed Fund – the first-ever venture capital fund administered by the University at Buffalo – has made its first investment. The fund has invested $250,000 in Buffalo Automation, an artificial intelligence startup founded by former UB students.
