Robot water taxis to be trialled by US tech giants in Plymouth

The Plymouth Herald in England reports that UB-affiliated startup Buffalo Automation will test unmanned robot water taxis in British seaside town after coronavirus restrictions lift.

The article states: “Buffalo Automation was founded by three University at Buffalo engineering students Thiru Vikram, Alexander Zhitelzeyf and Emilie Reynolds, as their research project. It was so good they turned their concept into a company in 2015.”
