Registration is now open for UB's summer ecosystem restoration workshops, which may be taken for continuing education or engineering professional (PE) credit.
The following topics and dates have been announced:
- Aquatic & Terrestrial Invasive Species Management
June 3, 2016 - Fundamentals of Stream Channel Design
June 6-7, 2016 - Watershed Management Planning, Assessment, & Monitoring
June 8-9, 2016
The workshops combine field trips, lectures and hands-on experience. Instructors are restoration scientists and researchers from the Western New York region. Visit www.erie.buffalo.edu for more information and to register.
