Siemens focuses on closing the skills gap with new education initiatives in automation

An article on Control Automation reports that Siemens Digital Industries Software Academic Partner Program gifted UB an in-kind grant to access the latest software tools for getting to grips with product lifecycle management, computer-aided design (CAD), robotics, simulation, manufacturing planning, and more.

Siemens will also collaborate with UB to build a curriculum focusing on preparing students for high-demand roles in the industrial sector.
