WKBW-TV quoted Nick Mastronarde in an article about the dangers of Buffalo’s several cell-service dead zones. “If there’s a lot of environmental obstacles between the cell tower antennas and you, the signal is going to have trouble getting to you,” said Mastronarde. “You have to add more antennas in more locations to increase coverage, but that could cost a lot of money from the service providers.”
