Our department offers various events that may be of interest to faculty, researchers, graduate students, undergraduates, prospective students and the public. Events include seminars given by leaders in the field, our open house and lab tours, and social functions for students and alumni.
Clean Room Fundamentals course
This short course provides a hands-on glimpse into the technologies of semiconductor devices and manufacturing. The three-day course runs from August 13 - 16, and will cover fundamentals of manufacturing.
