Vice President, Lead Client Partner, Genpact
Karianne Gomez, BSIE ’00, is Vice President, Lead Client Partner for Genpact, a global professional services firm delivering digital transformation by putting digital and data to work creating a competitive advantage.
Prior to joining Genpact, Gomez was Vice President of Strategic Value at the Network of Executive Women (NEW), a women’s leadership organization serving the retail, consumer goods, financial services and technology industries. At NEW, Gomez led the development of the organization’s overarching strategic value platform and core initiatives, including research and insights, learning programs and solutions for corporate partners, regions and members.
Before joining NEW, Gomez focused on growth strategy and transformation across many companies and industries, including Pampered Chef and HAVI. Gomez also spent seven years at ZS Associates as a management consultant helping clients improve their go-to-market strategy and sales and marketing effectiveness. Earlier in her career, she was an industrial engineer with Delphi Automotive Systems after graduating from UB.
Gomez holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and an MEM from the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University. She received her undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering at the University at Buffalo. She resides in Chicago, IL, with her husband and two daughters.
Gomez joined the Dean's Advisory Council in 2016.
