Judy Feldman

Feldman led the company’s Information Technology (IT) strategy, including Development, Technical Operations, Quality Assurance, and Enterprise Architecture efforts. Feldman was responsible for driving innovation and ensuring high quality responsive data intelligence solutions for the company’s diverse customer base.
Prior to joining ValueCentric, Feldman held executive leadership positions in both the aerospace and healthcare industries engaging innovative solutions to transform businesses in times of rapid growth. She served as CIO of a Buffalo-based healthcare insurance provider before starting a consulting business with a focus on successful alignment of technology and business strategy.
Feldman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from SUNY Albany, and a Master’s Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California (USC). She served as board chair at the Hauptman-Woodward Medical Research Institute (HWI) and on the board of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus (BNMC).
Feldman joined the Dean's Advisory Council in 2019.
