MAE and CSEE faculty have  gained access to an innovative facility that will allow them to integrate human participants within a virtual environment to test autonomous vehicles. 

The new faculty bring expertise and interest ranging from software security and electrochemical separations to digital storytelling. 

Moog, Inc., a global design, manufacturer and integrator of precision control components and systems, and School of Engineering and Applied Sciences corporate partner, will provide $750,000 to support research in the University at Buffalo’s CEAR.
