The University at Buffalo’s TCIE and Center for Advanced Semiconductor Technologies will offer an experiential-learning course providing insights into semiconductor manufacturing and technologies in UB’s advanced cleanroom.

Tech Transfer Central reported on the launch of UB’s Center for Advanced Semiconductor Technologies.

Ram Krishnamurthy was named one of the 2023 Mahboob Khan Outstanding Liaison Award winners. 

The center aligns with the Buffalo-Rochester-Syracuse region being designated a federal tech hub under the CHIPS and Science Act in 2022.

The center will advance research and development that will support the semiconductor industry. 

Ying is being recognized for her widley respected research in magnetic resonance. 

Zheng has been recognized for his contributions to energy storage technologies.
