Gina Lee-Glauser had overall responsibility for providing effective leadership to administrative research units to foster multidisciplinary collaborations across campus as well as with industries and other universities while streamlining research administration services to reduce/remove administrative burden on researchers.
She proactively facilitated collaborative interactions with industry thereby accelerating the transfer of university knowledge to spur innovation and enhance economic impact. She administered the University's policies on research misconduct, conflict of interest, and intellectual property.
Lee-Glauser is a Korean immigrant raised in Staten Island. She received her BS and MS mechanical and aerospace engineering from University at Buffalo, and a PhD in mechanical and aeronautical engineering from Clarkson University. She conducted her postdoctoral work at NASA Langley Research Center under the National Academies National Research Council Research Associate program. Lee-Glauser retired from a Vice President for Research position at Syracuse University in December 2015.
Lee-Glauser joined the Dean's Advisory Council in 2020.
