Many clubs are recognized by the UB Student Association (SA) and receive a budget through SA. These funds come from your mandatory undergraduate student activity fees. In addition, SEAS student clubs may apply for funding through the SEAS Corporate Partnership Program. In special cases, clubs may apply for additional Sponsorship.
The SEAS Partnership Program supports student club activities throughout the school year through the generosity of corporate sponsors. SEAS Partnership Funds may be used for participation in competitions, conferences, campus-based projects, service initiatives, and other club endeavors. Please submit the funding request form at least one month before funding is required.

Clubs seeking additional support in the form of donations or sponsorships, should not approach companies without first communicating with UB’s Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations. Alternatively, if a company contacts a student club directly seeking sponsorship opportunities or offering in-kind donations, you must also complete the Sponsorship Form. This will ensure communications with companies are coordinated.
