UB Space Bulls is a diverse group of multidisciplinary undergraduate and graduate students passionate about researching, designing, and building the next generation of rovers. The team competes in international competitions such as the University Rover Challenge (URC) and Canadian International Rover Challenge (CIRC) where rovers are designed to accomplish a variety of tasks. To achieve this, the team is split into 6 subsystems: robotic arm, chassis, electrical, software, science, and operations. Through the team, students learn and develop new skills, apply in class learnings to real-world projects, promote STEM-based careers in the community, and make lifelong connections.
