The American Bazaar reported that Amit Goyal has received the 2026 International Industrial Career Achievement Award from the International Conference on Science and Technology of Synthetic Electronic Materials. 

Goyal has 'played a central leadership role in bridging fundamental materials research with industrial deployment.'
