John Crassidis, SUNY Distinguished Professor and Samuel P. Capen Chair Professor in the UB Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, appeared on The Shift with Shane Hewitt, a popular late-night radio talk show in Canada.
With many Canadians able to see SpaceX's Starlink satellites in the night sky, Crassidis discussed how space near Earth is becoming increasingly crowded and the dangers associated with space debris. The interview begins around the 20 minute mark of the show.
