An article in Buffalo Business First quotes Kemper Lewis, professor and chair of UB’s mechanical and aerospace engineering department, who discussed how manufacturing is evolving.
Manufacturing is “not going to look the way it looked two decades ago or three decades ago… This is a generational shift. So when we say ‘manufacturing,’ it’s going to have to start bringing up different ideas and different mental models.”
