Established in 2002 by Richard E. Garman. Must be an undergraduate major in civil, structural or environmental engineering in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Must demonstrate financial need; domestic students complete the FAFSA and international students submit a financial need statement in the general application and be in good academic standing.
