About Us

Established in the fall of 2018, the Department of Engineering Education strives to improve the educational experience of undergraduates. Through its research, better ways of educating engineers are discovered and developed with the overarching goal of scaling, translating, implementing and propagating them into widespread classroom practice.

The Department of Engineering Education provides graduate-level instruction on the theory and practice of educating engineers, undergraduate-level instruction on engineering topics for multiple engineering majors, and techical communication instruction for SEAS students of all levels.
