Where Are the Worst Bridges in the U.S.?

Scientific American quoted Diana Ramirez-Rios (ISE) in an article about where the worst bridges in the U.S. are. Although data from Puerto Rico was collected, it was not included in the Top 10 list.

Ramirez-Rosa notes that if these territories were included, several counties in Puerto Rico would surpass two of the states in the Top 10 list as the island has not fully recovered from hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017. “The priority is to ensure communities are well-connected with permanent infrastructure solutions,” she says.
