Airgas Catalog Launch in ShopBlue

Purchasing is excited to announce the Airgas punchout catalog will go live on Monday, June 1, 2026, in ShopBlue. This enhancement allows you to seamlessly browse and purchase Airgas products directly through ShopBlue, improving both the shopping experience and order processing efficiency. 

What is Changing?

Beginning close of business on Friday, May 29, you will no longer be able to place orders with Airgas via email or phone.

Beginning Monday, June 1, you will access Airgas products through the new ShopBlue punchout catalog rather than through previous ordering processes. In ShopBlue, users will be directed to the Airgas catalog to search for items and view accurate pricing and product availability. Once selections are complete, the cart will transfer back into ShopBlue for checkout and approval routing.

Training and Resources

To help you get started, we’re offering training sessions that will cover:

  • How to access the Airgas punchout in ShopBlue
  • Searching for and selecting products
  • Completing purchases through the punchout system
  • Tips and best practices
