Awesign allows faculty, staff, and students to upload promotional slides to digital signage displays around campus
About
Awesign is an in-house digital signage application developed by Nicholas Myers for the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. It allows UB community members to upload their promotional slides to digital signage displays around campus. Slides are uploaded to a gallery, and each gallery has content managers that must approve slides before they are displayed. Different sets of galleries are displayed in various locations. It also provides interactive signage on large touch screens and iPads, such as floor maps, department directories, and room reservation schedules.
