Baldy 21

Baldy 21 is the CSE Introduction to Programming Instructional Lab.

Baldy 21 hosts Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) introduction to programming course sequence undergraduate and graduate class labs/course recitations.

  • Workstations: Twenty-nine (29) Dell Optiplex 7020 workstations, running the CentOS operating system, whose hostnames are named after Game of Thrones characters
  • Videoprojection: Three (3) Sharp 60" LCD flat panel monitors mounted on the south and west walls, managed by Altona At-Line-Pro5-Gen2 video presentation system (AV Solutions, Oct 2014)
  • Swipe Card Access: Granted to CSE faculty and undergraduate teaching assistants (UTAs) who teach labs and recitations hosted here.
