Keysight Technologies announces student finalists for Innovation Challenge

Yahoo!Money reported that a team of SEAS students was among the finalists in this year’s Keysight Innovation Challenge, a design competition in which engineering students are tasked to conceptualize Internet of Things devices or networks of devices that provide carbon neutral monitoring at the community or enterprise level.

The UB team members are Vaishali Maheshkar (CSE), Yaoli Zhao (CBE), and Patatri Chakraborty (CBE) and their entry is entitled, Piezo-cantilever Sensor for Real-time Monitoring of 8 Greenhouse Gasses with LoRa Communication.

Winners will be announced this fall 2022.
