An Industry Advisory Council for Biomedical Engineering was created to ensure that our program directors have a thorough understanding of the needs of industry, and also to develop strong relationships with the private sector to help address internship, placement, marketing and support needs.
The team of industry experts helps us maximally leverage current faculty and programs, identify gaps in the current versus ideal program, recommend means to close those gaps, and help develop a strong reputation among BME undergraduate and graduate school programs.
