Our department offers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in Biomedical Engineering. Graduates are well prepared to work in industry, laboratories, or continue academic pursuits.

    As an undergraduate student, you will learn to apply mathematical methods, science concepts, and experimental techniques of engineering to solve complex biological and medical problems in both the classroom and laboratory.

    If you are looking to acquire research experience and formal training in Biomedical Engineering fundamentals at an advanced level through graduate coursework, then our Master of Science (MS) in Biomedical Engineering may be the place for you.
  • Doctoral Program (PhD)
    The PhD degree provides an opportunity for you to pursue a program of research in a specialized area and to develop a dissertation that embodies the results of original research and gives evidence of high level independent scholarship.
  • Combined Degree Programs
    Our Combined Degree Programs allow students to obtain their BS in BME and a graduate degree in only 5 years. We offer a combined BS/MS program and a BS/MBA program.
