I am responsible for managing hourly employees in the manufacture of over-the-counter pharmaceutical and healthcare products. I also investigate and resolve quality issues, troubleshoot mechanical problems with equipment, resolve personnel issues, improve the efficiency of the production floor in a cost effective manner, manage the department budget, participate in employee interviews, hiring and performance reviews.
