Phys.org reported on a study in UB’s Center for Advanced Semiconductor Technologies that is working on mixing silicon with 2D materials to create energy-efficient semiconductor technology.
A poster highlighting associate professor Huamin Li’s research, “Interfacial Design of Two-Dimensional Energy-Efficient Nanoelectronics,” received first-place at the NSF's Nanoscale Science and Engineering Grantees Conference poster presentation.
The International Society for Optics and Photonics reported that Paras N. Prasad will speak at the SPIE Photonics West 2025 Conference in San Francisco in January.
