The Print (India) mentions that computer scientists from UB claim a high success rate in detecting deepfakes through a tool, created with research led by Siwei Lyu, that uses light reflections in the eyes, in a story about a call to action for India to address the nation’s 2024 election season being flooded with deepfakes.
