How ChatGPT Could Help First Responders During a Disaster

Government Technology highlighted a study, co-authored by Kenneth Joseph along with other collaborators from UB, that reveals ChatGPT has been successfully trained to extract location information from social media posts during natural disasters to aid first responders.
