Experts urge Congress to clamp down on deepfakes

Courthouse News Service reported that David Doermann testified before Congress on Nov. 8 on deepfakes. Appearing before the House Subcommittee on Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Government Innovation, Doermann noted that despite President Biden's executive order on artificial intelligences, there is not enough being done to curtail the continued damage this technology is doing and will do.
