The Sunday Post (Glasgow, Scotland) reports that cheating in chess has increased as a result of the game moving online during the pandemic and quotes Ken Regan, associate professor of computer science and engineering, who moonlights as a chess detective.
“The pandemic has brought me as much work in a single day as I had in a year previously,” Regan said.
Regan also was recently quoted on the subject in The Irish Times, Sport PL (Poland) and Medium.
