A story on Chess.com about Latvian-Czech chess player Igors Rausis, who was stripped of his GM title after a rulilng from the FIDE Ethics Commission, mentions Ken Regan, an associate professor of computer science and engineering.
Regan has advised FIDE for several years, was present at the November 23-24 FIDE Ethics Commission meeting during which Rausis’ case was discussed.
