CSE Calendars

• UB Academic Calendar (text only).  University semester start and end dates, university holidays.
• UB Academic Calendar (Google).  University semester start and end dates, university holidays, federal holidays (parsed and presented by CSE as a Google calendar).

You must have a Google account to follow these procedures.  Follow either one of these procedures to add Google calendars to your personal Google calendar.

1. Select any viewable calendar (above).
2. At the bottom of the calendar, in the right lower corner, select +Google Calendar.
3. Click Add.
   

1. Decide which Google calender you want to add from the list of Calendar Links below.
2. Right-click the URL and select Copy Link Location to save the URL in your buffer.
   
3. Navigate to https://calendar.google.com.
4. Authenticate with your Google account credentials.
5. In the left column, select + Add other calendars.
6. Select From URL.
7. Right-click in the URL of calendar field, then select Paste to populate the field with the selected URL.
8. Click Add Calendar.

• UB Academic Calendar Link Audience: the UB community.
  

• CSE Events Calendar Link.  CSE public events such as hackathons, speakers, and celebrations.  Audience: the CSE community.
  
• CSE Internal Events Calendar Link.  CSE internal events such as faculty and committee meetings.  Audience: CSE faculty and staff.

Audience: Students and faculty interested in each department's course offerings.

1. In the left column, column, select + Add other calendars.
2. Select Browse calendars of interest.
3. Consider adding:
   
   • Christian Holidays
   • Jewish Holidays
   • Muslim Holidays
   • Orthodox Holidays
     
   • Football -> National Football League - NFL -> Buffalo Bills
     
4. In the upper left corner, click the left-pointing arrow to return to your calendar.

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Accounts & Passwords.
3. Tap Add Account.
4. Tap Google.
5. Enter your Google account credentials.
6. Make sure the switches for mail, contacts, and calendars are in the 'on' or 'off' positions depending on where you want them.
7. Tap Save.
