Our student-staffed CSE IT Help Desk provides these services:

  1. General PC consulting.
  2. Operating System consulting (UNIX, Linux, MAC, Windows).
  3. Reasonable academic computing help requests.

Daily To-Do List

Duties for the CSE help desk to complete daily include:

  1. Check the CSE Copy/Mail Room
    • Stock paper, clear any jams and check toner for:
      • groucho
      • hardy
      • monk (copier)
  2. Check the CSE Conference Rooms
    • Check to be sure all cables for the podium projected devices are connected.
    • Check to be sure podium PC works and displays properly.
