Resilient leadership — what it means and what is often missing

A column in Brainz magazine mentions the “4R Resilience Framework,” which is based on the research and book of Michel Bruneau, SUNY Distinguished Professor in the Department of Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering.  

The four “R’s” are robustness, redundancy, resourcefulness and rapidity. The column notes that building and improving resilience is only one element of ongoing and successful leadership development.
