Vice President of Strategic Value at the Network of Executive Women
Karianne Gomez, BSIE ’00, is Vice President of Strategic Value at the Network of Executive Women, a women's leadership organization serving the retail, consumer goods, financial services and technology industries.
She leads the development of NEW’s overarching strategic value platform and core initiatives, including research and insights, learning programs, and solutions for corporate partners, NEW regions and members. Prior to joining NEW, Karianne focused on growth strategy and transformation across many companies and industries, including Pampered Chef and HAVI. Karianne also spent seven years at ZS Associates as a management consultant helping clients improve their go-to-market strategy and sales and marketing effectiveness. Earlier in her career, she was an industrial engineer with Delphi Automotive Systems after graduating from the University at Buffalo.
Karianne holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and an MEM from the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University. She received her undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering at the University at Buffalo. She resides in Chicago, IL, with her husband and two daughters.
