For the second year, SEAS faculty, staff, students and their families joined together on a sunny October afternoon to further beautify Grace Plaza.

The volunteers spent a few hours planting around 600 daffodil, crocus, iris and allium bulbs in the garden beds throughout the plaza area.

“We are really looking forward to seeing the results of our efforts next year,” said Liesl Folks, SEAS Dean and organizer of the family-friendly event. “If we did everything right, Grace Plaza will provide an even better display of colorful flowers, just in time to provide a beautiful backdrop for Commencement.”

We offer a big thanks to the many volunteers who participated in this event for their efforts to make UB’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences a more beautiful place.
