John Hall, assistant professor of mechanical and aerospace engineering, spoke to WGRZ-TV about plans for the new Bills stadium, which may include mesh screens that dampen wind.
“Buffalo is actually one of the windiest cities in the country,” said Hall, who studies wind energy. He later added: “With the way we’re able to model wind behavior, we’re getting better at that.”
