Toyota Research Institute brings artificial intelligence to the hunt for new materials

Yahoo reports that the Toyota Research Institute has awarded several universities, including UB, money to support artificial intelligence research to make vehicles emission-free.
UB was awarded $2.4 million for materials science research that aims to make next generation vehicles carbon-neutral.
