The University at Buffalo Human Factors chapter is one of the oldest student chapters of human factors engineers. It was founded over two decades ago for the best interests of the student community at University at Buffalo. Students from various backgrounds such as industrial engineering, psychology, anthropology, occupational therapy, cognitive science and mechanical engineering are our members.
We are an active group of undergraduate and graduate students with interests in human factors engineering and ergonomics. Our mission is to promote educational and training opportunities in human factors and ergonomics for our student chapter members.
