Electrical Engineering is everywhere! It is a part of every industry. Our program offers students the opportunity to learn and grow in a challenging and supportive environment, with access to people, facilities and resources that foster success.

This 4-year program provides the scope of knowledge and training needed for employment and forms the basis for further study at the graduate level.

Students enrolled in the BS/MS Combined Degree are well-prepared for electrical engineering graduate coursework given the training they have completed through the BS degree plan.

Entering the workforce with a combination of management and technical skills provides a powerful platform to launch a career.

The minor in electrical engineering gives students basic fundamental and applied knowledge in the electrical engineering discipline and allows students to convey an understanding of the continuously increasing contributions of electrical engineering to society.

Our curriculum is designed to prepare our graduates to immediately contribute to the workforce of the profession, and to be prepared to pursue advanced study and engage in continuous professional development.

To ensure that our students are well prepared for success in their future careers, the department follows a formal procedure in the development of curriculum.

Many of our undergraduates obtain real-world experience through internships, study abroad, or conducting research.

Many of our undergraduates receive financial aid in the form of scholarships and fellowships.
