Single-cell analysis of stem cell differentiation

The goal of this project is to develop algorithms for the analysis of single-cell gene expression data. We are applying these algorithms to gain insights into the decision making mechanism driving cell fate determination in stem cell differentiation. Research collaborators: Prof. deMello at ETH Zurich (Switzerland), Prof. Gandrillon at ENS Lyon (France), and Prof. Paldi at EPHE Paris (France)).
