Glycosylation analysis of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies

The goal of this project is to develop computational methods for the analysis and monitoring of N-linked glycosylation of monoclonal antibody drugs with a specific focus on soft sensor development for continuous biomanufacturing. Research collaborator: Prof. Morbidelli (ETH Zurich).
